As well connected as we are, sometimes the Hive is buzzing so much that we miss your call. FEAR NOT! If we miss your call, please leave a voicemail on our support line and follow-up with a ticket if possible. We'll get back as soon as possible!
What if my issue is urgent?
If your issue is urgent you have a number of options to alert our team of the emergency:
If you are submitting via our support form; Mark the ticket as such
If you are submitting via Email; Note "Urgent/Emergency/ASAP" in the subject line or early in the body of you message.
