This feature is not currently supported by WizeHive

The intent of the Calendar feature is to allow you to schedule events, trigger emails based off of events, share events with other members, etc. That being said, many of the features do not function as well anymore. Below we have covered the basic functions that you can still utilize if you desire.

Adding Events

To add an event or task to the Workspaces calendar click the Add to Calendar button on the top left and then Add Task or Add Event. When you select Add Event you will see the following menu to create an event:

  • Description - In the box on the left, you can add a description of the event. If you would like to add a tag, type # followed by the tag. For example, if you wanted to make the tag 'animal' you would type #animal.
  • Workspace - Selects the Workspace the event will be held in
  • Page - Selects the entry the event will be associated with
  • Start Date - Select the date the event starts
  • End Date - Selects the date the event ends (the event will span these two dates on the calendar)
  • All Day Event? - If this is unselected, you will be prompted to provide start and end times for the event
  • Repeat Event - You can select to repeat this event on weekdays, weekends, weekly, monthly, or yearly. After selecting one of these you will be presented with the option to have the task stop repeating on a certain date or never stop repeating

Adding Tasks

When you select Add Task you will see the following menu to create the task:

  • Description - In the box on the left, you can add a description of the task. If you would like to add a tag, type # followed by the tag. For example, if you wanted to make the tag 'animal' you would type #animal.
  • Workspace - Selects the Workspace the task will be held in
  • Page - Selects the entry the task will be associated with
  • Person - Selects the member of the Workspace who the task will be assigned to
  • Priority - Sets the level of importance of the task, 1 being most important, 5 being the least important
  • Status - Allows you to select the status of the task, the options are: open, completed, in progress, and on hold
  • List - Selects the list the task will be held in
  • Due Date - sets the date the task is due. The task will appear on the calendar on this date
  • Repeat Task - you can chose to have the task repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. After selecting one of these you will be presented with the option to have the task stop repeating on a certain date or never stop repeating
